I must agree that the Chines...Yeah- a real comment! I must agree that the Chinese names have the best ring to them. I hope Dewei is the name for the boy? We did make the cold zucchini soup and it was a hit- we made it and ate it warm the first night and it was much better cold. We have a strange long and curly zucchini which is very sweet and tender when picked at a reasonable size so that is a new treat.
